• Designs, means, and methods, sequencing, noise and dust mitigation, with an emphasis on access and carting techniques, to mitigate the frequent challenges encountered with multi-unit dwelling Co-Ops & Condos. In NYC these often have small slow sometimes antiquated service elevators and service entrances causing bottleneck delays right at the project onset.

 

• Knowledgeable & experienced with coordinating required Asbestos abatement, Lead abatement (or more often than not), EPA required lead paint “renovation”. These issues need to be handled swiftly and correctly, again to not allow early job tasks to cause unnecessary delays at the onset of the project.
